Retirement to Shri N Aravazhi, Sr Technical Officer on 31-Aug-2012

Ellaruku vanakkam,
We take birth, grow, go to school, college, get employment, get married, get children, get retired and finally die.  If we go back reverse this extremely, in our mother’s stomach, 9th month, 8th, 7th, and so on and finally the child made from stem cells from thoppela kodi (in Tamil).  First Scientists thought stem cell comes from bone marrow and then finally discovered from this thoppela kodi.  These stem cells are used for preventing many diseases like cancer, T.B, and many other (nearly 135 diseases).  In future it become more important because these stem cells should be preserved for preventing many diseases.  Now in Chennai, Apollo hospital is preserving these cells.  There is a ( http://www.cryobank.com/ ) bank for preserving these stem cells.  Why I am telling this because, in future, Government may bring some ACT to preserve these stem cells compulsory.  There is a necessity to our colleagues to preserve their grand children’s stem cells for future disease prevention.  Cryo bank is preserving these cell for one lakh and 3 million cells for 3 lakh cells.  These stem cells are put minus 193 degree celcius in liquid nitrogen for future usage.
Why I am telling this bank, Library is also like a bank, collection of books.  In olden days, 2600 BC, there were clay tablets for preserving the scripts.  The world’s first library was established in Egypt.  In India, 400 AD, in Taxasila university has the first library and later 450 AD, there is another Nalanda university has a library.  In My state of Andhra Pradesh, One Shri Vavilala Gopalakrishnaiah, who worked for whole life for Grandalaya movement. He is real gandhian, lived in hut.  When Vavilala says, even Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh give so much important to his words.  In olden days, 40 years back, education is less, the importance of library is more, to attract children to study education.  Now-a-days, more B.Techs, more educated children, they do not know the actual importance of library.
In my childhood, I use to hear that veena was played by Chittibabu, but in CLRI, Nallado oru veenai played by Shri Aravazhi, even if others played the same, it cannot click.  Shri Aravazhi likes order of books, he doesn’t like disorder of books, and he is so attached to library.   His pure tamil like honey pouring in our ears.  When I want to speak on stage, I want to compete Aravazhi, first I asked four people about meaning of the word ‘varungal’.  Nobody knows the meaning of that word, meaning is welcome.  Then I thought, I have to speak Tanglish with my telugised version, then only it will reach to all minds of CLRI people.  Then I use to tell a story and link with retirement function and make it reasonable success even though I cannot speak pure tamil.  Now I can understand Vairamuthu language and all tamil words but I cannot speak those pure tamil literature.
There is a website called ( http://www.kuppathotti.com ) kuppathotti dot com for taking your waste newspapers, plastics and other wastes. If you register, they will come and collect your old papers in your convenient time since many IT people going early and coming late.  They can use this site for selling old newspapers, plastics and other things.  This website is giving employment to 20 people.
My Old colleage Dr DLV Rao and Dr T Ramasami was interested to send Shri Aravazhi to Tata company but Aravazhi remained in CLRI as government servant. Dr DLV Rao use to tell that, if Aravzhi joins in Tatas and again he may come back to CLRI, he may get good place in CLRI. But somehow he is in good position at the time of retirement.  He says that he worked late night for tamil translation.  Some people feel that this is some kind of polambal but this is one kind of saying about contribution how he worked hard for that.   If you don’t tell about your contribution, how others will understand about your hard work.  This is one kind of gene Shri Aravazhi is having and that is why he is able to come up upto this position.
Shri Aravazhi knows Shri Subha veera pandian who is brother Shri SP Muthuraman, Cine Director.  He confined himself to CLRI and not gone to political stage to show his tamil literary capacities.  Otherwise he might become MLA or MP.  Aram means Dharmam or dhanam, he use to buy clothes for needy children and he use to pay school fees to needy children.
I prey alimight to give good health and prosper to Shri Aravazhi.
Thank you one and all

Shri S Baskar retirement on July 2012

Ellaruku vanakkam,
Once upon a time, One Maharaj went for war and he was defeated by other king and he lost everything in the War.  We know asta lakshmis are there.  Firstly rajya lakshmi went and secondly dhana lakshmi went and next other lakshmis also went.  At last Dhairya Lakshmi wants to go but Maharaja requested not to go and told I cannot live without dhairya.  Somehow Maharaja convinced Dhairya lakshmi to stay with him.  Without Dhairya lakshmi, other Lakshmis are not able to stay out.  After that again he made army and went for war and he gained his Rajya back and all lakshmis came back.
Today Shri Baskar is retiring and I know he is having some good qualities like dhairya.  I know him that he was in polymer division and after that he moved to biomaterials and finally now in bio-products division.  Changing departments is not degrading the staff but he was invited by Heads of departments to come to their departments.  He moved all the departments staff so smoothly.  Initially he equipped himself with higher education.  One more good quality is decent behavior and he use to tell you should not talk like this.  You have to talk yourself not other behalf like comments reserved. 5 months back, I thought he is having 4 or 5 years service but he told that he is retiring on july this year. He looks like young not sixty aged.
Shri Krishnaiah also worked in leather auxiliaries and associated with many departments.  All Group III people are having technical knowledge or practical knowledge but Group Group IV is having booking knowledge initially.  Even Group IV staff should go to Group III staff for practical knowledge.  This is my personal opinion.  Suppose one A/C is there, Group III staff know how to switch on and how it will works practically, Group IV staff know working mechanism of A/C which is not required for layman.  Earlier like Shri Samivel, Shri Ratnasamy, Shri Ramalingam, Shri Parthasarathy, Shri Duraisamy who are in Group III associated with polymer lab, chemical lab and other labs efficiently.  They worked for patents and in many projects.  Now that Group III staff vanished and at the same time the association with other departments are also vanishing.  I request Group III and II is required for organization and it should be raised in the forums to recruit these Groups by higher authorities.
At the age of 60, they are like 24 carat gold, they are matured in personal life and official life.  We should respect them after their retirement, now –a- days, there is a trend of recruitment of retired staff since there is no recruitment even though we have young generation.  These retired are experts in their field and talented.  One of our staff asked who is the good man with his senior colleague, then he said, after retirement, if he comes, if staff gives respect and talk to him, then he is a good man, otherwise vanditayya vandita (like vadivelu joke) means they are not good.
I prey almighty that these two retirees should get good health and prosper in their lives.

Shri MV Ratnaji Rao, Shri M Sambasiva Rao Retirement Function on 2 July 2012

June Month 2012 Retired Staff felicitated on 2 July 2012
Shri MV Rathnaji Rao, Senior Tech (2), Shri M Sambasiva Rao, Lab Assistant (Shri P Somasundaram, Lab Assistant is not Presented in the function)

Ellaruku Vanakkam,
This is not related to retirement function retirees.  This was happened 34 years ago. When I was studying +1, I went to one cultural function, one fellow sitting side by me and told me this joke.
This is some jovial story that, Once American President came to India when Jawaharlal Nehru was prime minister.  Nehru took him in the helicopter to see the outside India.  In agricultural lands, so many people are sitting for morning call in agricultural land.  American president had doubt why they are sitting in the agricultural land, he asked Nehru why people are sitting? Nehru told we do not have toilet facilities, people are going for morning call.  American President insulted Nehru for not having basic facilities like toilet in India.
After some time, Nehru went to American, then American President took Nehru in helicopter to see outside US.  One fellow sits in agricultural land for morning call.  Then Nehru wanted to insult American President, and asked you do not have basic facilities in USA and shown that man who is in agricultural land.  Then Immediately American President called police to bring that man who is in agricultural land for morning call.  American President, in front of Nehru, asked very angrily, You do not have toilet in your house.  Then that man replied that Sir, I am Indian I can get morning call in the agricultural land only.
After 65 years Independence, we do not basic facilities like toilets for 83 crores of people but we have 20 crore people carrying cell phones with the value of Rs.60,000 crores in India.  World Bank report says that in India, 83 crore people do not have the basic toilet facilities.  In the CSIR Technofest held in Delhi, we shown some technologies about sanitary toilets for Rs.10,000/- or less.  I told Dr PG Rao that why don’t you raise these issues in the Directors’ conference which can be discussed for Indian basic facilities.  Then Dr PG Rao explained me that CSIR can sell the technology to implementation agency, implementation should need ACT and action from the Government.  Unless CSIR, Implementing agency, Indian Government come together and force to do the implementation, then only it will become reality.  At that time CSIR will be all over India with CSIR technologies.
After that, AIADMK Rajya Sabha M.P. Came to our stall, then I shown each and every technology of CSIR and explained in Tamil and I told the problem of toilets.  He said that there should be some ACTs for this and there is no implementation unless people won’t come forward for their basic facilities.
When I was joined in CSIR, CSIR strength was 25000, now it is 15000.  Now CSIR is recruiting only Scientists and not recruiting any Group III, II, I staff in CSIR.  When CSIR is set up, they established One Scientist, and to help scientist many technical assistants, technicians, lab assistants and peon in the organization.  Now-a-days, only Scientists are recruited and all others are on contractual basis.  One top scientist gets salary more than Rs.1.25 lakhs and contact fellow gets Rs.6000/- only. Then salary disparities are more in the societal structure, more disparities result more, extremism, terrorism in the society.  In China Big scientist or Engineer is not getting more than Rs.20000/- salary.
Any organization all the people are required and should be appointed.  Scientist gets Rs.4000/- salary per day and he is doing peon job or technician job, then it is not justified salary or highly paid for lower duty job for organization.  Organization requires everybody in the organization.  I request CLRI Director to raise this issue in appropriate forum to recruit all Group III, II and I people in CSIR system.
Coming to Mr. Sambasiva Rao, he is so dedicated to his duty and he tells his opinions on the face itself. Suggestions and criticism should come from inside the organization.  When I say criticism about administration or scientific section, that does not mean I am anti to the organization, I am part of the organization, I am inside the organization to tell about problems in the organization.   If outside the organization say about the organization then it will very serious to the organization.  In Ramayana, all felt that Anjaneya gets more importance than any other brother, one day they all segregate the activities of Sri Rama, not given any job to Anjaneya.  All the jobs are taken all brothers.  Anjaneya asked only When Rama feels “Kottavi”(Opening mouth), I will put ‘chiteka’ (some kind of sound) on his mouth.  After that, Anjaneya was there in all the activities, and he said, I do no know when Kottavi come from Sri Rama mouth.  Like Anjaneya, Sri Sambasiva Rao is so attached to Chemical Engineering Section and cannot be separated from chemical engineering section.
In 1769, three wheeler was invented for lower type of transportation, small organisationcan not afford the four wheeler like lorry for their, so they need only auto type transport for their 500-1000 kg goods transportation.  First I seen Ratnaji Rao as auto – driver, then I thought he is from outside but people told me that he is from CLRI. He is also dedicated worker in the organization.  This year 25 people and next year 26 people are retiring from CLRI, Scientists have to adopt more technologies then only many appointments will happen in the organization.
I prey almighty to give them good health, happiness in their retired life.

Retirement Function to (1) Shri P Ramaswamy Pillai, Sr. Technician (2) Smt N Rajalakshmi Subrmanian, Senior Steno and (3) Smt J Kasturi, Mate on 31 May 2012.
Ellaruku Vanakkam,
In Ajamgadh of Uttar Pradesh, one  Mr. Lal Bihari, went to pay tax to govt. office, then Govt. Official said that you are already died as per records, and your asset has been transferred to somebody.  Then he argued further that he is alive but there is no use.  After that, he realized there are so many persons like him. He started an “Association of dead” to solve these kind of problems.  In few months, more than 10000 people registered their names in the association.  There is a Award called Ig Nobel in many disciplines, he was awarded for his struggle of the cause. (You can see here the winners http://www.improbable.com/ig/winners/ ). He got the VISA and passport and went to USA to receive the prize but he couldn't able go to that award place with some USA visa problems, his associate went to that place and received the prize instead of his presence.
Another man Mr Shree Kumar from Kerala, he also got award his contribution to calculate the surface area of elephant based on frond leg pad.  This is really useful to give food and medicine in difficult times of elephant.  He found new formula and he got Ig Nobel Prize for this [Surface Area of elephant = -8.245 + 6.807H (H= height at shoulder) + 7.073FFC (FFC=Forefoot pad circumference)]
Another man got the prize for wearing socks outside of shoes to save from slipping on the ice.  In North India, some places if anyone slips on ice, he goes and falls down in valley and he may die.  This is really laughable but it is life saving invention in ice mountain areas.
(PHYSICS PRIZE: Lianne Parkin, Sheila Williams, and Patricia Priest of the University of Otago, New Zealand, for demonstrating that, on icy footpaths in wintertime, people slip and fall less often if they wear socks on the outside of their shoes.
REFERENCE: "Preventing Winter Falls: A Randomised Controlled Trial of a Novel Intervention," Lianne Parkin, Sheila Williams, and Patricia Priest, New Zealand Medical Journal. vol. 122, no, 1298, July 3, 2009, pp. 31-8.)

These awards are looks like laughable but it is really worth to think of cause in different disciplines.  In quarter maintenance, people think that there is no work.  In reality there are several problems in quarters, especially when bad smell problem comes from garbage.  People use to go to him, he reply with this technique and calm down.  If corporation lorry won’t come what Ramaswamy pillai will do it? That also we know, but he used to reply with smile face that I will phone to corporation, they will come and do it.
I use to see him when water lorry comes at early morning at 4 ‘O’ clock or 5 ‘O’ clock, he will be there with commitment and involvement.  He is having the good quality of commitment and involvement.  Now–a-days new generations are lacking this commitment to duty and involvement to duty.   Everybody has problem doing duty with limited resources. Somehow we have to discharge our duties.
Sun (Surya Bhagawan) is also having problem that his chariot is having 7 horses going different directions and his sarathi  (he is elder brother of Garukmantha) does not have thighs. When Surya Bhagawan is having problem, we also have problems, we have to run the show with limited resources and available things.
Once farmer’s wife went to saint and complained her husband that he is not devoted to God.  Then saint asked farmer’s wife, is he doing his duties? Then wife replied he is discharging his duties 100 percent and he is fulfilling all his responsibilities.  Then Saint replied that there is no requirement of God if anybody is doing 100 percent duty.  I have already told about stenography in previous retirement functions.  Smt Rajyalakshmi does not have any news she is having problems with her boss or anybody.  This shows she is doing her duty without any disturbances.
Once earth quake happened when I was in Bombay building which Is back side of vegetable shop.  She knocked the door one day, then I opened door, she told me that there is a earth quake, please come down.  Recently I felt earth quake in MS Building, I told my wife that I felt earth quake, be cautious.  My wife told me that you be happy in Guntur (my hometown) we will be here only.  Then I came to office and seen the earth quake news on internet.  I again phoned to my wife, she told me that Smt Kasturi came to my house and told about earth quake, now we are outside of building.  This is the good quality that Smt Kasturi is having that all people should be happy.  In present days, in apartment culture, nobody bothers about opposite door people. Smt Kasturi is having a good quality that everybody should live happily.
I prey almighty that all three people should live happily in their retirement lives.

Retirement Function for Shri K R Radhakrishnan, Sr. Steno (ACP), Shri G Viswanath, Assitant (G) Gr-I from CSIR-CLRI and Shri M Boopathy, Secretary, CLRI Staff Co-operative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd. in April 2012.

Ellaruku Vanakkam

There is research institute called “Sri Maharshi Research Institute of Vedic Technology“ (www.srivt.org/index.php) which got National Innovation Award for their research.  There is a ‘Nano Copper’ material copper with mulikai (herbs)- which was developed by this institute. Generally ships are used to be repaired once in a year or two for their bottom which was affected in sea with many organic and inorganic materials.  They use coating for not to rust further in the bottom side.  But after this invention of nano copper coating, ships won’t rust within 6 years and bottom of ship will be safe. Weight is also less than the regular earlier coating.  This institute was recognized by IIT, Chennai to do Ph.D in this Institute at Hyderabad.

Shorthand also like less weight and write the sounds.  Sir Isaac Pitman invented this shorthand in 1837.  Stenos used to write P B T D sounds with thickness to know the sounds of particular word.  Tamilians are having a distinct advantage of learning in short hand because tamil writing is also writing sounds.  Ninety percent of stenographers are from Tamil Nadu only.  Other languages do not have this advantage. There are many stenographers in Government departments earlier, after computers, this has lost importance but even now there are many posts available in many government departments. Shri Radhkrishnan has worked in this steno group and worked efficiently.  He use to have many pencils in his pocket, I use to ask” Enna nariya worka or vesama podariya” and then he used to reply “work illenalum vesham podavendidan”, jovially.  Why I am telling this, he use to mingle with colleagues jovially in a good manner even though others talk differently.

Two days back, I asked his family background, he said that his second daughter to get married so he is in confusion to construct house in Neelankarai.  Now younger generations have the plan to get children at earlier age and finish all responsibilities within 55 age or before retirement.  This generation feels that the retirement money to be safeguarded for their prosperous after retirement.  Earlier people in older generation use to see the responsibilities first and then children later and now the trend has been changed.

I heard about Shri Rangasamy Elango from Kuthambakkam village (thiruvallur dist.) which is from 35 kilometers from Chennai.  He was earlier worked as a scientist in CSIR, Chennai and not able to develop his village with his job.  Then he resigned the job as Scientist and worked for the village development and he made this village as Model Village in India.  He made many things for the village like saving rain water, establish small scale industries, CFT lights - saving electricity and money and did many things.  (You can check up in the internet and youtube about his works in the village).  I came to know that Shri Viswanath is going to his village for agriculture farming.  Earlier he asked me about the Australian technology that water vapour which was extracted from the air and solved the water problem for the plant.  He is having so much curious about the technologies. He is going with CSIR knowledge which is helpful to other farmers in that village.

Today Shri M Boopathy, Secretary, CLRI staff co-operative thrift and credit society ltd is also retiring from the service.  He also worked very efficiently for the CLRI society. Both Society and CLRI retirement function timings are the same, he is not able to attend here.  (Since it is not under CLRI and it comes under registrar of societies).  I prey almighty to give good health and prosperity to him.

I prey almighty to give good and prosperous health to Shri Radhakrishnan and Shri Viswanath.

 Thank you,

Shri Jawahar, Sr. Technician (1), Shri Jawaharlal Sharma, Sr Hindi Officer retired on 31st March 2012.

Shri Jawahar, Sr. Technician (1), Shri Jawaharlal Sharma, Sr Hindi Officer retired on 31st March 2012.
(Retirement Function on 2-4-2012)

Ellaruku vanakkam,

Jawahar means ‘jewel’, Ratnam in tamil. Jawaharlal Nehru is the Charismatic leader in those independence days. He was in jail nearly 17 years. He only said and took an initiative for ‘Complete Independence for India’. He was so much wealthy fellow. His clothes use to go to London for dry cleaning and after one month he will get back those clothes. Motilal Nehru, his father had so much wealth which is enough to feed whole India for one month. People in olden days, they have great love and affection on Jawaharlal Nehru who is follower of Gandhi. In Andhra Pradesh also, like Tami Nadu (Previously it was combined Madras State) people use to name their children as Jawaharlal Nehru for his commitment to Independence and sacrifice. Nehru is a socialist and dreams about science and technology in India. CSIR is the dream of Nehru and we have so many labs all over India. We have nearly 25000 personnel in CSIR because of Nehru. We cannot see such a big establishment anywhere in the world or in any country. Because of Nehru we are having our jobs here in CLRI.

Jawahar (Lab Supervisor), has many good qualities like discipline and mingle with all people. Generally, Group IV people won’t talk to group III people, Group III people won’t talk to Group II people, Some people won’t talk in the office but talk in outside. Some people won’t talk even outside also personally. But Jawahar use to mingle with all people and that is why he is able to get done work in time.

Jawahar worked in Air Force. I use to participate in NCC camps in my student days, we use to wake up by 5 ‘O’ clock and go for 6 miles running in early morning. Vigorous training will be there in Air force. Discipline automatically will come because of military service or air force service. Military people use to protect us on the border in – 10 degrees and Air force also like this way only.

Maharaja Chatrapati Shivaji wants to conquer one biggest fort but he use to get defeat. He wants to know about people opinion about his defeat. He went on ‘Maruvesham’ and stood at house. In that house, Mother gave food to her son, son put his hand middle of hot food, then he cried, mother said, you should not put hand in the middle of hot food, you have to take food from edges not middle, otherwise it is like Shivaji defeat, Shivaji is going to fight with Fort like middle of hot food, but all nearby villages come forward to help the fort and then Shivaji is getting defeat every time. Then Shivaji realized his mistake and he defeated nearby villages first and then went to capture the Fort and finally he won.

Air Force is also a strategy of war how to win but it is killing of lakhs of people, to protect the state people. It is certain otherwise state people will die, in World War II, they put Atom Bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki through Air Force. Atom Bomb inventor O Hymen consoled by reading Bagawat Gita for his Atom bomb killing lakhs of people.

Jawahar is having good quality like charity for education. He use to pay Rs.5000/- for the fees for poor children and he use to adopt the child education. I should not tell my charity but for the sake of education, I am telling this thing, I use to help children education, every year I use to help three schools children. I went to my School with my first salary and help children and my school principal wondered and said, you are the only person coming to school and helping children. Chief Secretary of A.P. is also from my school but he didn’t turned up, many are IAS, doctors, engineers from my school but nobody helped poor chidren. From 1990 onwards, every year, I am helping poor children for their education. Why I am telling here, after seeing me, others also helped for ‘Udavum Karagal’ in Chennai and Orphanage in Guntur. I am a technician and I am able to help for education and more salaried people, scientists can think of charity to education. Jawahar is having very good quality of helping poor children for their education.

Jawaharlal Sharma, has worked as a PRO and Hindi Officer, Now after his retirement, his work splits into three and given to three people, One to Dr Srinivasan, Second to Mrs Tamil Selvi and Third to Administration. Sharmaji has been doing all three jobs in addition to Hindi Officer. There is no person like him to fill up, that is the reality, hindi speaking is required for PRO. He used to tell that Director General wanted him to come to Delhi but he declined due to love and affection with CLRI. People use to tell CLRI is heaven, even after getting promotion to SERC, Chennai, they are not going since CLRI is heaven, Peon also feels like Maharaja here. That is the CLRI special feature and we use to get many projects from abroad also. We are working together even though we have many special features in CLRI.

I went to Tirupathi recently and I have seen solar energy which was used for cooking for 15000 people twice a day. It is like dish mirrors and gets solar energy from Sun for cooking meals through steam. We are also going to construct new canteen buiding, we can think of solar energy for our cooking. In 2000, TTD invested one crore rupees for 15000 peoples'cooking. (see the link

http://solarenergydemystified.wordpress.com/2010/03/08/solar-steam-cooking-system-at-tirumala/

See this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRGAfw4AMag

) Rice millers of A.P. are giving rice free and vegetables from Koyambedu are going freely to Tirumala. We need only few lakhs for our cooking for this technoogy. Another technology from ARTI, (Appropriate Rural Technology Institute -

) (you can see this video also
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGSl72xZHNk

is Methane Gas from food waste, (25% methane will come from food waste i.e 500grams methane from 2 KG food waste) this technoogy can also be adopted to our Canteen. We can show these technologies to other since we are Science and Technology Organization. I request out Director to look into this matter for the benefir of our canteen.

I prey almighty to give peaceful retired life to both of them

Thank you,

Shri Munuswamy, Lab Assistant retired on 29 February 2012

Ellaruku vanakkam,

Today Munuswamy is retiring from his service and I pray almighty to give him a happy retired life.

Whenever my relatives come to visit CLRI, they use to appreciate Garden first, they use to say you have a beautiful garden, we have not seen such a garden anywhere. This credit goes to Garden workers especially to Shri Munuswamy. We use to see him as a dedicative worker in the garden and he is so obedient. I think olden days, all are obedient in that cadre but we are expecting this obedience from this today’s generation in the same cadre.

We have given so much importance for gardens, in CSIR we have National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow (NBRI, Lucknow) for this research. I have seen good gardens in other institutes also. I went to Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology, Palampur (IHBT) and I have seen some kind of leaf which is very sweet and that is used to prepare sweets for diabetes patients. It is really a good one for diabetic patients.

Gardening is not so easy, gardeners use to prepare their own compost fertilizer for the particular plants. Some plants only will come for our atmosphere (we cannot get Apple tree planted in Tamil Nadu and we cannot get Mango in North, Dr G Thyagarajan, former Director tried Hyderabad grass here in CLRI, but failed due to atmosphere) We use to see they are preparing compost fertilizer for our garden plants and they make the land ready for seed the plant.

I have seen full page photograph of Mr Ettiappan, Previous years gardener in CLRI 50 years celebrations book. CLRI has given so much important even they are in low post for their dedication to the work and their contribution really worthy praise in the 50 years of CLRI. Even today people use to remind that old gardener for his dedicative work to the garden.

In the same way, Mr Munuswamy is so dedicative to garden work, and so obedient to higher officials. They have won many awards for their work in the horticulture and I think everybody knows this. This is the hard work done by Mr Munuswany and his colleagues.

Thank you

In the last I presented a MF Hussain Painting to Shri Munuswany, Lab assistant
